Every MindFuel meal includes vegetables, carbohydrates, and protein, following Healthy Ireland guidelines:

  • Variety of protein sources: chicken, turkey, beef, fish, lentils, beans, and chickpeas
  • Wide selection of vegetables: carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, peas, spinach, and more
  • Fish offered at least once a week
  • Red meat included 2–3 times per week
  • Baked potatoes instead of fried, low-salt, low-sugar options
